Terms of Use

Last updated: July 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of klipzo.app (“Klipzo”), operated by Klipzo Team. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. The service

Klipzo is a free, browser-based photo and video editor. It runs on your device; we do not host, receive, or store your media. No account is required.

2. Your content is yours

You retain all rights to the files you edit. Because your media never leaves your device, we claim no license to it and never access it. You are responsible for having the right to edit the files you use, and for how you use the output.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Klipzo to:

  • create or process content that is illegal, or that infringes others’ rights;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse the hosting of, or misuse the website; or
  • represent the tool or its output in a way that violates applicable law.

4. Free, with no warranty

Klipzo is provided free of charge and “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that every feature works in every browser, that exports will always succeed, or that the service will be uninterrupted. See our Disclaimer for detail.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klipzo Team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of Klipzo. Because your files stay on your device, keeping your own backups is your responsibility.

6. Third-party services

Our website pages include advertising and analytics provided by Google, governed by their own terms and our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
