The best way to reach us is by email at hello@klipzo.app. We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.
What to include
- Bug reports: what you were doing, your browser and operating system, and what happened. Please don’t send us your media — we can’t receive files, and we don’t need them to help.
- Feature requests: the task you’re trying to accomplish; that helps us design the right thing.
- Corrections: the page URL and what’s wrong.
- Privacy requests: what you’d like us to do; see our Privacy Policy for your rights.
A note on your files
Please remember that Klipzo never receives your photos or videos — and there’s no need to send them to us either. Please don’t email us your files. If you’re troubleshooting, a screenshot of the error (with any sensitive content removed) is far more useful than the media itself.
